Morris Moore regularly represent Unions in grievance arbitration hearings and cases before the Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Relations Board and Canada Industrial Relations Board, as well as Human Rights matters and claims arising under the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act. We provide a comprehensive range of legal services to meet the needs of Unions and their Members.

Our Union clients represent Members in various industries and sectors. Their Members work in many different positions and classifications, including Technologists, Electricians, Truck Drivers, Welders, Operators, Security Officers, Technicians, Duty Nurses, Sales, Service and Office Staff. A litany of white collar and blue collar employees.

We have been providing legal services to Unions involved in the Industrial/Commercial and Special Project construction fields from the time of the Hibernia Project in Bull Arm to the current Muskrat Falls Project. We represent Unions involved in the energy and utility industries, as well as a host of other sectors.
