Areas of Practice

Union Labour Law

Stuart has been representing Trade Unions for over 20 years. Our Union clients represent their Members on a wide range of employment related matters.

Car Accident & Injury Law

Stuart's fundamental approach to personal injury representation is personal contact. His accident and injury clients deal with him, not an assistant.

Sex Abuse Law

Diligent and effective legal representation, with little or no fanfare, are the hallmarks of Stuart's body of work in this field of law. Stuart has handled and resolved scores of sexual abuse claims over the years. Lynn Moore, with her wealth of experience, has made a significant contribution to our Firm's ongoing work in this field.
